Refunds & cancellation
How paid plans renew, how to cancel, and when money comes back.
Free use
Creating an account, paper trading, charts and the free plan cost nothing. Virtual money and paper profits have no cash value and are never refunded, paid out or exchanged.
Paid plans
- Paid plans give access to extra features for the period you buy (for example, one month or one year). The price, with any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.
- If a plan renews automatically, we say so before you pay and remind you by email before each renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account, or by writing to support@imbalance.co.in. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, and we refund it in full.
- Failed or duplicate payments: if you were charged twice, or charged for a plan that was not activated, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Otherwise: payments for a period that has started are not refunded pro rata, including after a renewal you did not cancel in time. We may still help where something went wrong on our side.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them within 2 working days of approval; the bank or payment provider usually completes them within 5 to 7 working days.
Live trading
Real orders placed in Live mode are executed by Delta Exchange India in your own account. Trading losses, fees and funding charged by Delta are not payments to us and cannot be refunded by us.
