imbalance is an online service. Nothing is shipped.
No physical delivery
imbalance sells no physical goods, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge.
How you receive what you pay for
- Paid plans are activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
- We send a confirmation and a payment receipt to your account email.
- Access is available on the website, at www.imbalance.trade, from any supported browser.
If access doesn't arrive
If your plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, write to support@imbalance.co.in with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment under our Refunds & cancellation policy.
